The stigma around seeking support for mental illness is real, but I don't see you as someone who is mentally ill. I see a whole person who has been able to survive on their own, but maybe your coping skills aren't working as well as they used to work, or maybe you're growing and some of your behaviors are getting in the way of you living the life you want to live. 

You are the expert on your own life, and I'm here to work with you on developing insight into your authentic self.
